Tuition Assistance
Families may complete an application through the FACTS financial system to qualify for need-based
financial aid. Families are required to submit their tax documents to be reviewed by FACTS as part of the process. Aid is given on a first-come, first-served basis. Families are strongly encouraged to file their
taxes early to ensure financial aid will be available. Families must apply each year. Awards are based on
the amount of aid available and can vary based on changes in family circumstances each year.

Tuition Credits & Discounts

At The King’s Christian Academy, we offer several ways for families to reduce their tuition
costs, from payment options and volunteer credits to specific discounts for pastors and military families. Explore the programs below to see what might apply to your family.

Full Payment Credit
Families who choose to pay their entire tuition balance before July 1, 2025 will receive a 2% discount on
the total tuition amount. This option is available at the time of registration.
Pastoral Credit
Ordained Pastors, who are actively serving in church ministry, are eligible for a 25% discount on tuition.
Pastors eligible for this discount must submit a letter from their church confirming they are actively serving in church ministry. This must be submitted each year.
Military Discount
Active-duty military families (rank of O-3 and below) receive a 10% discount on tuition. Proof of active
duty status, such as active duty military ID, must be submitted each year. Proof must be submitted prior to finalizing billing.
Volunteer Credit
Families who complete more than 30 volunteer hours during the previous school year are eligible for a
$175 credit towards their tuition.
Ambassador Recruitment Credit
Refer a new family to KCA, and both your family and the new family will receive a $275 tuition credit per
enrolled student. To receive this credit, new families must fill out the ambassador credit form during the
family interview. The new family must complete the enrollment process, begin making their tuition
payments, and have their student(s) enrolled in classes throughout the month of September. Families will have their Ambassador Credit applied to their October tuition payment.
Church Sponsorship Credit
KCA will match any contribution made by a church toward a student’s tuition, up to $500 per student.
This must be submitted prior to finalizing billing.
Pastoral Reference
Submit a reference letter from your pastor and receive a $100 tuition credit per family. Must be submitted prior to billing being finalized. This must be submitted each year.
