*Book and Activity Fees include books, activities, and Art and Computer supplies. Middle School fees also include the Black Rock Outdoor Science trip costs. These fees are not refundable.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Testing Fee – A fee of $145 is due for each student tested by KCA personnel. This fee is not refundable.
New Student Registration Fee -- A fee of $200 is due for each new student enrolled at KCA. These fees are not refundable.

Continuous Enrollment Fee (current students) – A fee of $100 is due for each student by March 1
st. Students who do not Opt-Out by February 28th will automatically be billed this fee.

Family Improvement Fee- A fee of $95 per family can be paid during recommitment, registration or paid with tuition payments.
Bus Fee --The cost for bus service to Calvert County is a yearly fee of $1,410 per family. There is
no charge for bus service in St. Mary’s County.

Senior Graduation Fee – A fee of $175 is due for graduating seniors. This fee helps defray the costs of the graduation ceremony. This fee does not include graduation announcements.

Withdrawal Fee -- Registering your student(s) at KCA enrolls him/her for the whole school year. If you decide to withdraw your student(s) at any time during the 2024-2025 school year, you must pay a withdrawal fee of $600 per student withdrawn.

Tuition Discounts and Assistance Programs
At The King’s Christian Academy, we offer several ways for families to reduce their tuition
costs, from payment options and volunteer credits to specific discounts for pastors and military families. Explore the programs below to see what might apply to your family.

Full Payment Credit
Families who choose to pay their entire tuition balance before July 1, 2025 receive a 2% discount on the total tuition amount. This option is available at the time of registration.

Tuition Assistance
KCA offers limited tuition assistance. To apply, visit FACTS Management or request a hard copy application from the school office. Tuition assistance funds are awarded by June 1, with any remaining funds distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
​
Pastoral Credit
Ordained Pastors of a Church are eligible for a 25% discount on tuition. Proof of pastoral position is required to qualify.
​
Military Discount
Active-duty military families receive a 10% discount on tuition.
​
Volunteer Credit
Families who complete more than 30 volunteer hours during the previous school year are eligible for a $175 credit toward their tuition.
​
Ambassador Recruitment Credit
Refer a new family to KCA, and both your family and the new family will receive a $275 tuition credit per
enrolled student.
​
Church Sponsorship Credit
KCA will match any contribution made by a church toward a student's tuition, up to $500 per student.
​
Pastoral Reference Credit
Submit a reference letter from your pastor and receive a $100 tuition credit per family.
​
RaiseRight Program
Earn tuition credit by purchasing gift cards through RaiseRight. The first $100 in rebates supports KCA as a fundraiser, and all additional rebates go directly toward your tuition. There’s no cap on how much you can save—some families have earned over $2,000!
