MORNING EXTENDED CARE
Drop-off begins at 7:00 a.m. Students are dismissed at 8:30 a.m. to their classrooms. There will be no Before Care in the event of a morning delay.

AFTER SCHOOL EXTENDED CARE
Begins at 4:00 p.m.
Pick-up no later than 5:30 p.m.

Extended care will not be provided on half-days as our teachers will be working or participating in meetings. No extended school care will be provided if school is dismissed early due to inclement weather or a national emergency.

SICK DAYS 
Credit will not be extended for sick days except for a child requiring hospitalization. In special cases, a physician’s note should be submitted with a written request for exemption to the KCA office.

PICK- UP 
Children must be picked up promptly at 5:30 p.m. or before. Children will only be released to legal guardians or designated persons as listed in the registration packet. For every minute past 5:30 p.m., a dollar a minute will be charged. No snacks will be provided. Students are allowed to bring a snack from home or buy one from the vending machine if a parent allows it.

REGISTRATION FEE 
A non-refundable registration fee of $25 for the first child or $35 per family is required to enter this program.

2024-2025 WEEKLY RATES
Per Child, $75 a week for before or after care ($130 for both programs)

DAILY RATES
$25 per child for before or aftercare
$40 per child for both programs

Daily rates are per child regardless of how many children attend.  The daily rates are offered for students who are not in the program all five days of the week.  The daily rates are offered on a space-available basis.

PAYMENT METHODS 
 

Payments can be made through our FACTS system.
 

Checks must be made out to KCA or The King’s Christian Academy.
 

Accounts past due will only be given a one-week grace period, and then the student will be disenrolled.
